About Us

Our Society was founded in 1988 by a group of local dedicated gardeners. We are located in Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada. We belong to the Ontario Horticultural Association, and are part of District Two.

Activities:

  • Yearly Plant Sale – Sat May 23, 2015 at 8:30am sharp
    Saturday May 23, 2015 from 8:30am – 12:00 Noon (rain or shine)
    Carleton Place and Beckwith Heritage Museum Garden (formerly known as Victoria Museum Gardens)
    267 Edmund Street, Carleton Place Ontario (adjoining the Labyrinth and Museum)
    Lots of perennials for sale with low prices, a select amount of annuals too. This is our yearly fund raiser for local community planting and High School bursaries.

Making Beautiful Plant Combinations with Suzanne Patry, owner of Whitehouse Perennials in Almonte. Pot Luck Supper 6:00pm. Bring your plate, cup, knife and fork and your favorite dish.

Please join us at 39 Bridge St. at  St. Andrews Presbyterian Church Hall (basement) in Carleton Place, ON at 6:00pm. Everyone is welcome. Guest price is $3.00 for the meeting or $10.00 for a single yearly membership or $15.00 for a family yearly membership.
